What is Life coaching?

Life coaching is offering coaching services for life issues. Think of it as a personal coach in your corner supporting you on whatever goal(s) you have set out for yourself.

A life coach will help a person get “unstuck” so that they can move forwards and make the necessary changes in their lives to achieve the life they want!

20+ Years of business practise, together with successful entrepreneurial life and working with executives and employees and offering lots of career advice to friends, business colleagues and pretty much anyone who would listen to me! Plus, I have an absolute desire to help people achieve their life and career goals. Oh yah, 10s of self-help books, seminars, courses and mentors!!

A life or business coach can support you in finding and staying on your personal and professional path.  By building a relationship with my clients, I can help you stay motivated and on-task, helping you move toward your long term far-reaching goals.

How do we get started?

The first step is to schedule an introductory session.  In that session, we will get an idea of how well we work together and what our next steps should be from there.

Contact me and we will set-up a mutually convenient time to begin. Each session lasts an hour and half.

What is the difference between a coach and a therapist?

A coach and a therapist are very different, starting with the qualifications that are required for each. Therapy, reflects back on the past and tries to help the client heal from hurtful events whereas coaching focuses on the present and future, helping the client resolve limiting beliefs / decisions that are holding them back.

What kind of commitment do I need to make?

Every client jointly signs a commitment contract with their life or business coach.  I set the terms of the commitment contract to fit your individual and professional goals and plans.
